About Us

I am Shraddha Agarwal, a certified Image Consultant from the Image Consulting Business Institute (ICBI), Mumbai, and a Chartered Accountant with extensive HR consulting experience. Before founding my training company, Personage House, I worked as a consultant at a leading multinational human resource firm, specializing in organizational restructuring, employee engagement, and leadership development.

My passion for helping individuals realize their strengths led me to transition into entrepreneurship. With my global corporate experience and strong credentials, I am committed to enhancing my clients' personal and professional personas.

Currently, I serve as the CEO of Swasthya Kalyan Group, an educational group in Jaipur with seven allied healthcare colleges, and as an HR and training consultant for Mahavir Jaipuria Rajasthan Hospital, a leading 400-bed multispecialty hospital.

In addition to my entrepreneurial and healthcare roles, I am the President of the Jaipur Chapter of the Image Management Professional Association (IMPA) and the Vice Chairperson of the Indian Women Network (IWN) under the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) in Rajasthan, where I advocate for women’s leadership and skill development.

My core strength lies in corporate training focused on the ABCs of image management: Professional Appearance, Behaviour, and Communication. I also excel in developing policies, systems, and training content that support sustainable development and impactful presentations.
